The launch for Potroast 9 was a great success and a very enjoyable evening.

Performances and presentations from Kelly Malone, Jovan Milovic, Jeremy Roberts, Thomas Casey, Emily Starrett Wright, Nicola Brady and Alex Taylor were excellent, concise, to the point, entertaining, amusing and thought provoking. Each revealed something, explained something further and built upon the work within the pages of Potroast. Truly a diverse and accomplished group of artists and writers.

As promised the finger food from Hearts Content Catering was stunning. The venue, Snakepit, we all know is a fabulous space. But I’d like to add a word of thanks to James and Sam who were very courteous hosts.

So a massive thank you to all involved in the launch, thank you to our contributors, particularly the performers and presenters, thanks to our mc, to Snakepit, to HeartsContent catering, to Richard and Kamal for running the sales desk and pouring the wine, thank you to all of you who came along to the launch, and a MASSIVE thank you to all those who have subscribed to Potroast and for supporting Potroast and ensuring its future.
